Our story

Hi! I’m Andrea and you might be wondering how we got here.

It all changed when we found Toby. Who is Toby? Well Toby is the cyst in my brain that I thought may have been brain cancer for two months. I was 29. Kind heavy right? Sorry. But if I’m honest, before that moment. I was planning on exiting the Navy, going to T-15 law school and then I was going to move to New York City to become a corporate lawyer. Very “Suits” of me. Instead, I realized that I hated the stress of my job, would hate that job too and would only add more stress to myself than what an Active Duty SWO already had on their plate. I couldn’t add medical worries, on top of burn out, on top of the LAW. Grave errors would be made. So I asked “ What do I ACTUALLY love to do?”

Arranging flowers was the first thought that popped into my head. So I ran with it. At 29, I decided life is too short to be miserable. So here we are four years later, flowering events and pouring my whole happy heart into it.

I hope that immense overshare isn’t too much….but it’s how we got here. I can’t wait to connect with you, flower your event or occasion, and build a community in our lovely Ocean View.
